My parents were hippies and named me after a can of paint. I know, not a very exotic explanation for a name like Smokey Topaz.
I tend to wonder about things most people don’t.
Like why the toaster would have a setting so high it would carbon date the bread, or why Kamikaze pilots wore helmets?
Why doesn’t Tarzan have a beard?
If a deaf person goes to court is it called a hearing?
I see the irony in most things like how we figured out how to put a man on the moon before we figured out how to put wheels on luggage. Seriously. I could go on for days, in fact, I have a list of these questions that I’ve kept most of my life, and I’ve decided to design a journal based on the need to keep this sort of list safe for future generations, who will read it then decide that I had lost my mind! LOL
